How It Works
Each piece of jewellery we offer is meticulously handcrafted upon order placement. We kindly ask for your patience as it may take approximately 10 business days for us to complete and process your order. However, during busier times such as Black Friday and Christmas, the handmade process and dispatch of your order may require more time, usually exceeding 20 days. Custom made will take up to 6 weeks.
Return Policy
What You Need to Know
Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase for goods. We offer store credits and exchanges equivalent to the value of your purchase; however, we do not provide refunds.
If the 30-day timeframe has elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer store credits or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that, in compliance with hygiene regulations, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for Aleena Fine Jewellery Earrings
We can only accept returns for regular-priced items; regrettably, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unless the item is deemed faulty, it is your responsibility to bear the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
All international orders are considered final sale, and unfortunately, cannot be returned or exchanged. Aleena Fine Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any international shipments that may be lost during transit

Please note that we only replace items if they are proven to be defective or faulty, and a valid proof of purchase is required.
Kindly be aware that our product warranty does not cover replacements, exchanges, or refunds resulting from normal wear and tear, or failure to adhere to our recommended product guidelines. It is important to follow our care instructions to ensure the longevity of your jewellery.
